Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. In this role, you will collaborate with senior marketing members to execute campaigns, create content, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital ads, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, emails, presentations, and sales collateral. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Help develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, email open rates, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles with fresh content.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating vendors, and managing marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and technologies, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative mindset with attention to design details. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email marketing software, social media management tools). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
